Launching Value Based Procurement – Why is now the right time?
Over the last couple of years, Baxter has held several round-table meetings with Finance and Procurement professionals who identified the need to develop a simple, innovative way to help demonstrate what’s possible with VBP. Turning what can sometimes be seen as a complex subject into a short animation that’s easy to watch, learn and share. In November 2021, Baxter introduced an animation designed to explain the introductory steps in adopting VBP – and why now is the perfect time to do so.
