Oxford Medical Simulation (OMS) delivers virtual reality clinical experiences on demand. Students and healthcare professionals can practice with AI-controlled virtual patients whenever they need to, learning from their mistakes safely to optimize patient care in the real world.

We work with universities, hospitals and healthcare systems to train and assess their students and staff, producing fully immersive, interactive scenarios that are available on screen and in virtual reality. Our data and analytics system provides learners and faculty with detailed performance analytics and measures of clinical competence. This allows universities to scale and assure the quality of education they provide, whilst allowing hospitals to improve patient safety and quality of care - all in a way that is flexible, repeatable, objective and standardized.

Scenarios are available as individual participant to optimize decision-making, multiparticipant for teamworking, voice recognition for communication skills, and hand-control for procedures. Institutions can also adapt or build their own content using the authoring platform OMS Create.
