Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) management is a continuous, preventative digital service model for remote management of patients with COPD. It uses connected devices and patient-reported outcomes to gather and share patient health data. It aims to reduce hospital admissions by enabling early interventions. The COPD Service is being used by the NHS.
Digital Appointments Service
Who it's for
The asynchronous virtual clinics service is suitable for pre-appointment vetting, standard and return outpatient appointments. It’s applicable for range of conditions including dermatology, orthopaedics, cardiology, ophthalmology, general psychiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, diabetes, sleep, asthma and other respiratory diseases. The Digital Appointments Service is being used by the NHS.
