About Us

Founded in 2009, The Rodnight Partnership was established as a consultancy to assist medical manufacturing companies in their international endeavours, particularly in the field of channel management and distribution. Managing Director, Martin Rodnight, draws on a vast network of contacts and a long history of international sales success to pull together a team of international advisors and partners each with their own specialist skills and knowledge.

Our business revolves around relationships. We work with partners and businesses who we can trust, and who enjoy doing business together. Our main area of expertise is in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as having a presence in Australasia and South East Asia.

Our product experience is wide, with specialities being neonatal, the operating room and , diagnostic devices. and hospital furniture. We work with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-nationals, adapting to our clients’ needs in specific regions.

ASSESSMENT

We offer an initial consultation to get an idea of your business and the opportunities in overseas markets. The Rodnight Partnership will then make enquiries in key market areas in order to better understand the market situation and the business possibilities. We use our extensive experience to assess how well prepared your organisation is to reach the right customers and we advise on the steps which need to be taken to realise your goals.

We will research the market and conduct extensive in country analysis in order to pick the very best partners for your business. In many cases we will have already worked with them and will have a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. We will assist in the preparation of a business plan and forecast, keeping to strict timelines.

If you choose to take over the ongoing management of the business, our training division can offer courses to your employees in the management and development of distributors and channel partners, as well as tailor made courses for your sales teams.
