Jennifer Kilcoyne, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Care 

Dr Jennifer Kilcoyne is the Clinical Director for Centre for Perfect Care, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the UK and Director for the National HOPE(S) NHS England Collaborative.  As Clinical Director, Jennifer is responsible for providing clinical leadership to services across the Trust to enable them to deliver innovative, efficient, quality improvement priorities which result in enhanced safety and impactful healthcare solutions. These programmes of work have resulted in a number of national awards for outstanding practice. Jennifer was also the clinical lead in the Trusts Global Digital Exemplar programme to deliver clinically formulated and leading-edge digital solutions to address challenges in health care and support population health.  As Director of the National HOPE(S) Programme, she has been commissioned to deliver systemic cultural change to mental health and learning disability services across England. Jennifer has implemented country wide training and healthcare improvement programmes with the World Health Organisation across Europe and Africa to support mental health and community transformation. Jennifer is a strong advocate for person centred approaches, reducing restrictive practice, promoting digital solutions to prevention, and working in partnership with people with lived experience to achieve effective and personalised outcomes

Sean Cross, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust 

Consultant in liaison psychiatry at Maudsley and King’s College Hospitals with interests in self-harm, suicide prevention, mental health crisis management and the overlap between physical health and mental health difficulties.

Built series of successful innovative teams (currently 110+ people) focussed on training and integrating services with full list of grants and income available.

Run research projects on service development around mental and physical healthcare and on medical education. Write on a number of topics, including self-harm, medical education and cross-cultural mental health. Full list of all publications is available.
Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. Teach at a variety of institutions. Past winner national Psychiatric Trainer of the Year (RCPsych). Teams have won variety of awards including national training teams of year (Maudsley Simulation, BMJ).
