Paul McGrade, Senior Counsel, Lexington

Paul is Senior Counsel at Lexington Communications / FIPRA United Kingdom, leading on trade and regulatory issues. He is a former diplomat and EU adviser at the Cabinet Office, Foreign Office and European Commission, including negotiating and as Bill manager on the Lisbon Treaty. Paul advises clients across the healthcare industry on post-Brexit trade and regulatory issues.

Michael Latham, Associate Director, Lexington

Michael is an Associate Director on Lexington’s healthcare practice, Lexington Health. He works with medical technology companies across the life sciences environment from FTSE 100 businesses, start-ups and charitable organisations. Michael leads Lexington Health’s global team, working with clients in Europe, Asia and the United States, supporting international firms to enter the UK market.
