Speaker: Dr Mihaela Bucur, Consultant Psychiatrist, All Points North

Dr. Mihaela Bucur is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in General Adult Psychiatry. Her areas of interest include ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorders, stress, and lifestyle psychiatry. Dr. Bucur has experience supporting patients in both inpatient and community settings.
Following a person-centered approach and using evidence-based treatments, Dr. Bucur cherishes the individuality of each patient, compassionately supporting them on their recovery journey. She is particularly interested in lifestyle psychiatry, an emerging area that aims to improve mental health outcomes and overall well-being by addressing lifestyle factors – such as diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and social connections – contributing to mental health issues
