Joe started in the orthopaedic industry in 1993 and has worked for Howmedica, Corin, Covision and Neoligaments, mainly in Export Sales and Marketing roles, before joining SurgiNovi as Sales Manager. He has visited over 70 countries and lived as an expatriate in Dubai, Jeddah and Istanbul so knows the Middle Eastern culture well. He has spent a large part of his working career assisting orthopaedic surgeons during operations and training in-theatre nurses. He has worked closely with several Key Opinion Leaders to design, develop and successfully introduce unique, cutting-edge medical devices. He has also worked for overseas distributors so is very familiar with the specific needs of importing
and then supplying medical devices to end-users in both national health services and private hospitals. He recognises the vital importance of providing education, training, and marketing support to every customer and adding value to his company’s products and services.
