How connected care communities will change health and social care for the better. 

An overview of our RWG iCare Health Platform as a Service (HPaaS) and show how the iCare platform can we used to enable connected care communities to facilitate the delivery of Remote Patient Management (RPM) services to address a wide range of Health & Social care issues within communities and hence how RWG iCare contributes to providing a pathway to enabling support for people in the community to self-manage their long-term health conditions to achieve the best outcomes for their health and well-being. We will provide two RPM use case to demonstrate real life issues that are being addressed with RWG iCare.

Terry has over 40 years experience in the international telecommunications industry much of it gained with companies that include Mitel Telecom, Newbridge Networks, Ubiquity Software, Siphon Networks & CounterPath. Terry was involved with these companies in their start up phase and he was instrumental in their European business growth. He is also a co founder and Board Member of Digital Peaks Technology which gave rise to the establishment of RWG iCare as part of the RWG group of companies.

At RWG Terry is responsible for leading the company's business development activities which includes the global expansion for their unique RWG iCare Health Platform as a Service (HPaaS) which enables the delivery of Remote Patient Management (RPM) services to address a wide range of Health & Social care issues within the communities
