Neil Mercer is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Innovia Medical. Neil leads the UK operations at 'Network Medical Products', located in Ripon, and 'DTR Medical', in Swansea. He also has overall responsibility for Innovia Medical’s Global Sales & Marketing Functions

In 2003 Neil had several non-executive roles with high-growth companies within the medical, manufacturing, logistics, and construction sectors.

During that time, Neil became the Chief Financial Officer for Network Medical - establishing a strong business plan for a new and exciting medical company from the outset. In 2017 Neil became CEO of Network Medical and, in 2018, transitioned the company from private ownership to private equity as part of Innovia Medical's family of companies.
