Celebrating 60 Years in Healthcare

Titled ‘Celebrating 60 Years in Healthcare’ Pennine Healthcare CEO, Graeme Cameron, will deliver a brief timeline of Pennine’s 60 years in industry, our transition to becoming an Employee Owned Trust, and how we believe the future of the industry is based on value-adding partnerships and UK Manufacturing.

Speaker: Graeme Cameron, CEO, Pennine Healthcare.  

Graeme is CEO of Pennine Healthcare a UK based manufacturer and distributor of medical devices critical to the protection and improvement of life. Graeme took up this role at the transition stage in Pennine Healthcare becoming Employee Owned. 


Previous to Pennine Healthcare Graeme was Managing Director of B Braun Avitum and was Head of the B Braun Hospital Care Division & Veterinary Division. B Braun are a global service provider and supplier of medical technology and pharmaceuticals. His function incorporated sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations. Alongside this role Graeme was part of the B. Braun UK Group Board, Executive Committee and Global Network Teams.


Outside of his family, Graeme’s great two passions are growing organisations by purpose through people and scaling healthcare innovation and technology to support the protection of life and growth of economies.


Outside of Pennine Healthcare, Graeme Chair’s the Association of British Healthcare Industry Commercial Policy Group which has a focus on realising value-based procurement within the NHS so that technology and innovation can drive improved patient outcomes. Graeme also Chair’s the Advisory Panel of the Derby County Community Trust SCORE programme supporting young people into careers within Health and Social Care and has recently joined the University of Derby Advisory Board for its College of Business, Law & Social Sciences.


Graeme holds two degrees – one from the University of Aberdeen and a Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Leeds.
