inicio are experts in clinical safety having achieved DTAC accreditation for multiple IT systems previously as well has having our own Clinical Safety Officer in-house, critical to the success of any products into the NHS.


As the market leader in RPA for healthcare, Blue Prism is an ISO 270001 and SOC2 accredited, UK based company with over 1,800 customers, with a 98% retention rate. The Blue Prism Cloud platform integrates process automation with a multitude of intelligent automation tools including natural language processing, intelligent optical character recognition, e-forms, language translation, virtual smartcard integration and a bot orchestrator, all provided on a secure, segregated Microsoft Azure cloud environment, as a single annual subscription service from one supplier.


Being a customer of inicio health opens access to the inicio health Automation Library. This offers inicio health customers an accelerated journey as we draw on over 300 pre-built automations, spanning various sectors and processes, which can be utilised to expedite process builds. This comprehensive catalogue provides seamless integration with various platforms and systems, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined approach to implementing automation solutions. This will support acceleration as pre-built automation for Clinical and Corporate Services are shared, the platform is hosted on a dedicated in country Azure cloud.
