Innovation is essential in overcoming the challenges the NHS faces with an ageing population, increasing demand for health and care services and constrained resources.
As the collective voice of 15 local health innovation networks across England, the Health Innovation Network plays a central role in addressing these challenges. All 15 organisations accelerate the adoption and spread of health innovation into the NHS, improving care for patients and stimulating economic growth.
The Health Innovation Network support HealthTech international SMEs who are interested in expanding into the UK to establish their business and understand the UK healthcare ecosystem. Likewise, their close partnership with organisations such as the Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI) and the Department of Business and Trade (DBT) means they can also help UK innovators to showcase their solutions to a global market.
They provide companies with the opportunity to exhibit products and services at leading health technology fairs, such as Arab Health, the largest healthcare and medical trade show in the Middle East and North Africa region which will take place from 29 January to 01 February.
