CHAPPER healthcare – a leading wholesaler and distributor, specialising in importing and exporting pharmaceuticals – has set up a subsidiary in Dubai to strengthen its presence in the MENA region.
The new subsidiary, called CHAPPER Healthcare MENA FZ-LLC, has been incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and is based at the company's offices in Dubai. It means the company has a direct presence in the region, further consolidating their global expansion strategy and increasing the services and expertise they can offer to clients in the region.
CHAPPER has spent many years developing strong relationships with its network of existing suppliers and clients. The company’s first customer was from the MENA region and over 45 years later, they still remain a loyal and valuable customer.
They will be announcing their latest expansion plans with their long-standing Middle Eastern partners at this year’s Arab Health Exhibition in Dubai.
Jonathan Chapper, CEO of CHAPPER healthcare, commented: “The Middle East is a key market for us, and we invest a lot of time and resource into building relationships here so it’s important for us to come to Arab Heath to share our latest expansion news with our long-standing partners.”
“As part of our global expansion and focus in the Middle East and North Africa region, we believe that having a direct presence in Dubai will help us service our customers’ needs more efficiently in this region. We are excited to have extended our sales team to recruit a highly experienced Account Manager who is based in Dubai and will be able to strengthen existing partnerships with our clients in the region.”
For over 45 years CHAPPER healthcare has had a worldwide reputation for successfully sourcing and distributing pharmaceutical products globally. The company is driven to expand in existing and new international territories and developing strong partnership with manufacturers and suppliers around the world.
As part of its strategic planning pre-Brexit, the company introduced an Irish subsidiary, CHAPPER healthcare Ireland, in 2019 to ensure continuity of service for its European partners. This means they can handle products without them entering the UK, reducing the overall time it takes for medicines to get to the end user.
In addition to their UK HQ, CHAPPER healthcare has also introduced warehouses in Ireland and Germany to strengthen its presence in Europe.
The team are experienced in exporting to all countries, including the developing world, whilst complying with any specific regulatory or customs requirements. They pride themselves on delivering an ethical and professional service to a broad spectrum of customers including wholesalers, healthcare establishments and end users.
Visitors to this year’s Arab Health will be able to meet with CHAPPER healthcare to discuss new opportunities for the wholesale or distribution of products across the MENA region.
The Arab Health Exhibition & Congress is taking place from 30 January – 2 February 2022 at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Centre.
